ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

PSUOG Organizational Structure

The diagram presents the organizational structure of the Board of Trustees, which serves as the highest governing body overseeing all major divisions and committees within the organization. Directly under the Board are key units including the Board of Examiners, Regional Directors, Membership, Training Institutions, Presidential Committees, Constitutional Committees, and Standing Committees, each responsible for specific operational and governance functions. At the center is the Secretariat, which likely manages administrative coordination, documentation, and communication across all groups.

The Presidential Committees handle leadership-driven and project-based initiatives such as Amendments, Ad Hoc Committees, Awards, and the Annual Convention. Meanwhile, the Constitutional Committees, including Nominations and COMELEC, ensure proper governance, adherence to rules, and the conduct of elections. The Standing Committees represent the core operational arms of the organization, covering areas such as Membership and Credentials, Finance, Audit, ICT, Ethics, Accreditation, Scientific Works, Community Service, Scientific Programs and CME, and External Affairs.

Additionally, the structure includes several functional and program-based units connected to these committees, such as the External Auditor, Research Contest, Interesting Contest, Workshops/Webinars, UFF, and the CME Outreach Program. These likely support specific activities, events, and educational initiatives of the organization. Overall, the chart illustrates a clear hierarchical system that separates governance, operations, and program implementation while maintaining coordination under the leadership of the Board of Trustees.
